Cutwork

Our cutwork altar cloths are created with a specific nature or pagan theme. Each altar cloth is made from 100% cotton, approximately 36" x 36". Machine washable, cold cycle, hang dry. As they are sold additional cloths will be made in the same color scheme with the same images using different fabrics coordinating with the theme.

Elemental

Our elemental altar cloths are created with each of the four elements and are designed to be aligned on the altar with their cardinal directions. No two altar cloths are the same and each altar cloth is reversable with the pentacle appearing on the solid background. 100% cotton and embroidered, approximately 36" x 36". Machine washable, cold cycle, hang dry.

Stripes

Each stripe is a different fabric associated to the element's symbols and colors.

Velvet Runners

Our runners combine color and texture to enhance the asthetic of your altar. The chosen fabric designs lend themselves to the elemental colors selected for each runner. Velveteen fabric accents and backing are warm and soft when you run your hands along them. These altar cloths are not machine washable and should be spot washed to prevent the velveteen from being ruined.

Golden Vines (Click for detail) Black velveteen backing, tan pentacle, combined with vines, leaves, gold stars and green flower fabric.

Violets (Click for detail) Black velveteen backing, purple pentacle, combined with curly cues, flowers, stars and purple aspen leaves fabric.

Elements Revealed

Each point of a pentacle corresponds to a specific element. The top most point represents Spirit, which represents your energies and awareness. Moving from the top clockwise (or doesil - with the Sun) the next point corresponds with North, which represents the Earth. The next point corresponds with East that represents Air. The fourth point corresponds to the compass point South that represents Fire. Our fifth and final compass point is West which corresponds with Water.

Below you will find basic elemental correspondences for each of the pentacle points. These are by no means the be all and end all of correspondences so please explore the elements individually on your own to discover additional aspects of the elements.
